Pointless Announcements

I eat hab's easily now. When I first got here... not so much. I had a ghost pepper in Oregon recently. It was hot but doable. Afterwards sugar is your friend. I highly recommend a couple of spoonfuls if they're really hot. The next morning's "movement" might be less fire water if you remember to eat some plain sugar.

Flu shot? I don't need no stinkin' flu shot!


Will likely pass again this year; last time I missed work with the flu was 8? years ago. I suspect that my knee(s) will fail in some spectacular fashion before the flu bug gets me again but I could be wrong.
