    Weird. My video player on my tablet shows ads when it's paused, and while watching this anime about a couple who met in high school and meet again ten years later, the ads are for Classmates.com and they keep asking if I wonder where my high school sweetheart is.

    The answer is: no, I don't. Thanks to Facebook, I know, since we're still in touch.

    I liked Psycho Pass. Very dystopian and raises some interesting issues.
    Dubs rarely work for me either, I'd much rather watch it in the original language.
    One of the few that didn't seem half bad is Bleach but that's about it.

    Reminded me of Minority Report; I couldn't tell you what happens in the second half of that film anymore or how it ends, but the basic idea was solid and well done I thought. Not surprised at all to see that was based on a story from one of the Sci-Fi greats Philip K. Dick; that era of writers was just one of the reasons the radio shows Dimension X and X Minus One are still better than most of the scifi done since including television and film.

    That reminds me, I have made it this far without having to hear even one Christmas song....happy happy joy.
    I may start playing it in 6-7 months when I want to hear it. Nothing goes better with songs about nasty winter than the warm summer months.

    Mine tend to look more like this. Never mind the zombie thing (actually Seaquest comes to mind sooner for me), this was the nearest recent self portrait I had handy where I was playing with displacement maps.

    I was just playing with displacement mapping in photoshop and I was the nearest (as in only) volunteer for a head shot to play with. That works rather well on anything involving skin, especially for applying tattoos to people digitally.
    On the hair thing - thank you! I have heard from one or two people that I look "scary" or that I look better with hair on my head; I just can't do it as hair on my scalp bugs me to no end and I so00000 prefer the bald look.
