    spent 400$ in 3 hours fueling both vehicles, buying the stuff I need like food tabacco alcohol got home put it up cooked my dinner, cleaned up my mess, 8 pm...sat down to eat... opened a beer and the TFP, life sure would be easier with some help. now I gotta go put it up and wash my plate....then I'm going to play me some video games BOO YAH!!!!

    I think it's funny that more people congratulated me on my "new" job that I was just laid off after only 3 months (short-term contract) after I updated my Linkedin profile with its description, than say Happy Birthday...just interesting.

    C'est la vie *shrug*

    Welcome to the grown up world...but it was nice to hang with my cousin, who's born on the exact same day and time (one year earlier)
    I always tell him what's coming for next year and how it was. ;)
    Good times...and he's a good guy. I'm lucky. :cool:

    Go see the new Hobbit movie, BTW...it was awesome!

    My husband went to sleep in our toddler's room tonight to give me space so I could work on editing my dissertation. It's appreciated but I kinda wish I had an excuse to sleep.

    I feel very lucky that I just found a full citation for this one chapter of an old book. I couldn't find information on the editors, even though I had a PDF of the chapter itself. Thank you, Kew, for having a good online database of botanical reference books.

    Well, at least I'm making progress.
    Took the time for some adorable pics of littlegirly and her cousin-buzin decorating our tree yesterday morning, then spent the rest of the day writing.
