The handicapped ramp puzzles me.

 

Yeah, me too, unless it's one way, down. WHOOSH!

 

I know a couple of folks who would take it down in a hot minute but they also do Anchorage to Fairbanks (about 300 miles) races in their chairs.
And even with a souped up motor and extra balance bars, folks in motor chairs like to go Tim Allen on their equipment too, going up would be extreme to the point of stupid.
I wonder if there is something we don't see like an motorized assist that is at the top.

I worked on this railing. Fitting and grinding all the welds clean so you can't see any fabrication joints.

Most spirals are round, this one is oval to reflect the totem pole it wraps around

 

The spine of a stair waiting to go to paint. Looks like that plate will mount to a wall.
