    Whaaat? I don't understand. You're a smart, good-looking guy. I sincerely doubt you're boring.

Something must be wrong with that girl, cause if I took you on a date, it wouldn't end with a handshake. That's just lame.

She messaged me first. Maybe she was the kind of person who's slow to open up to new people and I misinterpreted it, but ... ugh.
I'll take smart, I'll half accept good-looking, but I feel like I'm falling short somewhere.

You are cute and really, really smart.
Maybe she just doesn't "get" you?

Have you ever thought of getting out of the state (the United State) you live in?
I lived there 12 years and found the pickings slim--big Puritan ethic going.
My younger bro is smart and handsome and funny and he left there as well.

I just realized that (in my eyes) women in choirs and choruses are extremely sexy.

Especially when the orchestra is playing, and she's silent, tense, leaning very slightly forward, listening very intently, maybe mentally counting the beats, anticipating the precise cue to start. And then the moment comes, and she opens her mouth and sings...

(But you already knew I was perverted.)

Trying sooooo hard to stay awake, so I can get to sleep at a decent hour tonight.
Up at 4 today and yesterday, asleep between midnight and 1 the nights prior.
Down time has created groggy, foggy brain and all I want is a nap.
    I hate you, insomnia.

I dropped my bicycle helmet during an especially silent and reverent moment during the changing of the guard ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery yesterday morning.

It fell and it was loud, and I was extremely embarrassed.

When the state I live in stops matching my 5% contribution to my retirement fund with 8% and my health insurance copay tops $10, I'll think about it. If they elect a republican governor and we get fucked beyond belief, I'm throwing everything in the second cheapest cargo van I can find on Craigslist and hauling ass to Portland or Seattle.

When I arrived at Arlington Cemetary late in the afternoon for the changing of the guard, I also got to see the lowering & folding of the US flag. It was impressive.

    IT WAS AN ACCIDENT.

And I was still more respectful than all those schlubs with their hats on snapping pictures through the whole thing.

Oh, I'm "sure" it was an accident.
We know you did it by full intent. :p

Come on DIA...do you know how many times they've done that...you think you're the first to make noise?
It's a sign of your respect that you were embarrassed.

Shit, I'm sure they've had idiot protesters making a commotion during these things in the past.
Everything happens in DC...that's why it's interesting.
God knows what BS the cops have to deal with.

Travel would be my next suggestion but it seems you've already got that covered. Cheers!

    I will confess...and I know it's totally unfair, that I dislike front-teeth gaps.

The woman can be magnificent in beauty and grace,
and my eyes just focus on that.

IMHO, don't get your boobs done, don't do your hair, don't put botox in...
If you're going to spend your money on anything...get rid of that gap as much as you can.

Teeth don't have to be perfect, as a matter of fact, I hate the ultrawhite chiclet look of some falsies. (make it look natural)
But the gap and really yellow teeth I'm going, eww.

    Sorry.

I will confess about being paranoid putting anything on the internet before it happens.

I do not want people knowing when I'm going out & about.
Unless I know someone is at my place to be available and monitor.

I will only indicate it after the fact...
too many have the ability to do research...and connect the dots.

I don't mind about info out there...but I do mind leaving the hut unguarded.
Even then, I take precautions. (or do I?? ;))

First rule of security, keep it unknown, what people don't know prevents them from acting on it.
And so this post, brings attention to me too...I'm aware of this.
We all choose what we allow and not allow.

In this instance...I choose to make a point.
    Strange how that works...
What level of concern and paranoia you work at?

    "You can't stop the signal..."
