Speaker Mike Johnson comes to Trump’s defense

The man who's 2nd in line of the presidency, helps out The Chief Con Artist

So this where the GOP has gotten to, attacking a State case, a criminal case...of their presumptive nominee.
NOT because he slept with a pornstar. (while his wife was pregnant)
But because he paid her off to keep quiet illegally. (can't bring a case on the Playmate affair because that wasn't illegal - no bribe, no illegal funds)

    Good morals.

How's that values spin going for y'all???

Many Good White* Christians** ✝️, esp Mike Johnson, are flexible when it's convenient. A white member of the church who embezzles $10,000.00 deserves forgiveness (which is tied directly to their position & influence). The black kid who steals the church line trimmer worth $200.00 deserves ten years in prison.

    * Not just the whites.
** It not just Christians, every religion covers for their own.

Supporting NPD Trump and The Big Lie is a basic requirement by the GOP. The willingness to face indictments and be arrested are achievements to advance your career with the GOP.

We have millions of voters who don't believe the truth. We have millions of voters who know the truth and still choose to support the GOP.

Republicans are ramping up election fraud claims ahead of November

This is totally cold and callous.
The GOP has lost all integrity, if doing this in volume.

So they can win where they can, or cast doubt if they can't.
It's screwing up the whole system.

They're actually prepping ahead of time. A Machiavellian and manipulative coordination.

It's one thing for Chump to plan it, as he did...he has no ethics. But for the party to do it, is a whole other level of poor play.

Basically, it's becoming who can scream the loudest.

They really need to start jailing these kind of folk for true fraud. (claiming fraud, with lies)
Throw the book hard at them. Do it consistently.
Especially, if they're planning with intent ahead of the election.

I hope there's an incredible backlash for this practice.

The huge issue is the 1st Admendment. As long as the Stop The Steal magatards don't make specific claims and/or clear calls for violence they're in the clear.

This is the crux of it. The modern GOP is just absolute trash. The Dems are corrupt - sure... Regular old, no one knows how to avoid it in politics corrupt
.. But the GOP is something different.

‘Lock Her Up’ Was Not Just a Slogan

    Yet
The Republican Party’s Decay Began Long Before Trump

    Chump isn't the catalyst, he's a symptom.
This has been growing for some time. I think from the Clinton impeachment...perhaps even Reagan.
(the any means to an end mindset, certainly was during Bush Sr, when they threw him under the bus.)

I don't understand how 25% of the populous can push for this almost always...then 30% swing back & forth.
Why even go to that extent in the first place??? You can have conservative values without the vitriol.
But now it's excepted, even fed on.

    IMHO, it's not logical.

The hypocrisy coming from people who know (think they know) what they're doing in the name of gaining & maintaining power is one thing. It's disgusting, but at least somewhat understandable.

The blindness of many of the maga supporters isn't understandable.

Trump loyalist pushes ‘post-constitutional’ vision for second term

Oh, this is not SCARY at all...
I put this here, because it goes beyond Chump...but it's the whole MAGA, ultra conservative push.
    Fascist, authoritarian...even Nazi like.

    Post Constitution???
Using the military from day one to get around the DOJ, etc.???

The GOP is trying to give all the marbles to themselves and Chump...
Kinda like having a minority party take over like Saddam Hussien's Iraq Ba'ath party

I'm not hearing a lot of concern and protest from the GOP insiders about the authoritarian tone and push that's growing.
Nope, if anything, they're catering to it.
Not a good sign at all.

Wonder if we'll have a nice little ol' civil war??
There's already a damn movie about it.

Yes, this may be hyperbole, but having WaPo, putting out this type of article, isn't just blowing smoke either...

GOP better get back in line with the Constitution.

How Republicans used misleading videos to attack Biden in a 24-hour period

Up to dirty tricks again...just like Dick Dastardly.
No more "if they go low, we go high" anymore.

    If they punch...punch harder.
If they play tricks...put it back on them.
Make it painful. So it's not worth the hurt...for playing hurtful.
Make them want to go back to facts.

Right now, it's all lies, lies, lies...We don't know which way is up, can't breathe, we're drowning in lies.

The Dems need to hammer NPD Trump with vids of his misspeaks, stumbles, & complete loss of concentration. And they could mix in tapes of his attempts at extortion (Ukraine), and asking for illegal favors (Georgia votes). And they could include some of his admissions of ill intent, praising rioters and white supremacists, etc.

    That's what I would do.

Edit: I forgot pussy grabbing, and wanting to fuck his own daughter.

The RNC is launching a massive effort to monitor voting. Critics say it threatens to undermine trust

    Yet another ploy.
The Dick Dastardly party can't win clean and clear.
After TONS of investigations that there was no issue, with some in their own party being indicted on fraud claims...they still insist there is a problem.
They are gaslighting the public. (all under an excuse of "security".)
Might as well be a mob doing a "protection" racket.

Hell, I wonder if THEY can be prosecuted for racketeering???

Will this increase (hopefully a flop) in upclose & personal monitoring include an increase in the number of bubbatards monitoring polling places traffic while displaying firearms & MAGA messages?

    What fun.
Magatards with guns filming you when you're outside the polling place.
Magatards with hotline numbers watching you while you're inside the polling place.

    Edit, for fun.

“I can tell you, yes, we will accept the results of this election if we feel that it is free, fair and transparent,” she (Lara Trump) said. “And we are working overtime to ensure that indeed that happens.”

“I can tell you, yes, we will accept the results of this election if we feel that it is free, fair and transparent, and only if our candidates win, ” she said. “And we are working overtime to ensure that, victory by our candidates, indeed that happens.”
