    Let's say 4.2 for a Bubba-fied Mini-14.

    Only 1.8 years for a AC-556, though.

    Interesting topic. On some of the points made, I don't think the type of gun used will lead to being charged or not, but it can have an effect on what the jury will think(Love the Deadpool pic, KirStang). Which, I think is the point Mas is always pushing, Walt. While I'm not in the "Oh my god it's the Great One" camp that a lot of the Pro Arms listeners are, he's got enough time on the stand and behind the gun that when he talks, I do tend to give it more credence then your Joe off the street. I do believe fully there are Prosecutors of sort the thread talks about out there, though not as many as the internet would have you think. Unless you live in Manhattan. Then your fucked.
