good stuff, flyboy. percussion could be a weak spot, but other than that.....
thanks paddyjoe.......really enjoying working with these guys......
if only we could find a steady bass player that will commit.
i'm liking what I hear from this site, richard. any finished disk that your loyal fan club can get their greasy fingers on yet...
not yet broseph.....awaiting 2 more guitar solos and we're done........all produced by us........so it may be a little rough.
but that's how we like it.

a fly of many talents...
bassist, drummer, roofer, farmer, songwriter...just don't sing man. i've heard that before...
nice tune bro. sweet mellow vibe!
Whipped up a new jam last night. Brand New cover.
I'm starting to impress myself with how good I'm getting at this. (Recording, not performing)
Please excuse the vocals, they were done at 4 in the morning by someone that can't necessarily sing the best.

nice production on that man.......killer vibe........nicely done @PriseInferno
Try this again.
Love everyone's music (through soundcloud)! Wish I could see the videos, though.
I hope it's ok to put this here. It's my nephew's band, Techromancer.
His other bandmate is Cali Bachman (Randy Bachman's daughter).
Should probably have posted a few these here instead of in a different thread. Here's a little something with some piggy style:
new music video for my band The Whiskey Kings
Ah ... should post it here too. I did this cover of
I'll Take Care of You
for @Freetofly in the Valentines thread
fucking great job @Zen
Was really, really pissed off a few weekends ago, so did a cover of Foo Fighters' 'Wattershed.'
Warning; Contains excessive screaming, so if that's not your thing, then this song is not for you.

I've been a negligent OP.

The bass sounds about 1.5 cent sharp on the D string.
Like this tone deaf hack would be able to tell !
Since I played a total of 3 notes on the D string in the whole song, I was going to compliment your excellent ear. Our recording tech would never have allowed such a clinker to get past. All of our dissonance is planned.
I can play the kazoo. Would that help?
Even though I am a tone deaf hack, I do give myself credit for intentionally not choosing the more frequently used E or A string on the bass, and for knowing what a cent is. My wife would roll her eyes at me .
Music nerding this past weekend in Vermont:
We were given roughly seven minutes per piece, so the latter two of these were cut mercilessly to allow for performing under those limits. The last of these three cuts off about two minutes into the performance, sadly, as the guy recording it started it about a minute before we actually began playing, and my phone didn't have enough space left to get the entire thing.
Shame—or blessing—since my shoulder rest popped off during some really intense part of the piece, and I think I yelled something when it happened.
I'm determined, at some point, to perform these movements—at least the latter two—in full, as I'm currently obsessed with both of them.
