Simply put, she was royally pissed that they screwed over the guy that convinced her to work on the show in the first place.

On a happier note, here are some cool photo stills from episode 304 'Evil Inside.'

Ok...... i dont understand who or what the point of rick stabbing the shit out of the one walker in the end of the episode.

I wish it was 2 hours long instead of 1. Rick answering the phone was the perfect place to end it (for the writers) but now i have to wait a week to see who it was

I wonder where the governor is keeping his daughter. I thought it was weird how she just sat there and let him brush her hair.

I'm realizing that I have a decidedly stereotypical woman's POV on the whys of emotionally-based behaviour of television characters...

ralphie250 Why did Rick go all stabby on the stuffed zombie--who just ate Lori? Um, maybe because he was losing his mind and there is no logic to it? Maybe (emotional) logic as we know it ceases to exist in a zombie apocalypse?

The Governor has many secrets and secret places, I'm supposing. The real question is not where is he keeping his dead daughter but WHY? How does keeping her fit in with his plan? What do we now realize about the Governor's mental status (one could compare to Hershel's beliefs that his zombified family and friends in the barn in season 2 were still people).

Yes, they are stringing us along with Carol's fate. You are supposed to doubt that she survived since her entire crew (except T-Dog, RIP) gave up on her just like that. Completely out of character for Daryl, especially. It annoys me. But the denizens of Woodbury are annoying, too. I want something really bad to happen to Andrea unless she starts using her brain like a half-smart human instead of a brainless walker.

How many times can people be suckers, rogue49 ? Well, Barnum said there is one born every minute so I doubt we'll run out... :p

Ok Fangirl.. makes you wonder if the lori eating zombie really ate her or if carol found her and took her. If the zombie ate her what happened to her bones? Do they eat bones??
I agree, i would be ok if andrea fell into a well of biters/walkers.
How the hell did woodbury get dogs??

The special effects guy described the zombie as having Lori's bones hanging out of it's mouth... they must have left the scene on the cutting room floor 'cuz I can't see no bones. I'll go along with what he wanted us to think was going on, though.

I really do not know what happened to Carol-- she has no bullets--no knife--no protection, it would seem. One would think she's gone forever. But then they want us to think something other than the truth...or are they really brazen enough to kill of half the cast in the space of the last couple of eppys of season 2 and the first 4 episodes of season 3? Their answer is always the same: It is The Walking Dead.

See, we decided that Rick's twisted mind was trying to liberate his dead wife from a zombie's stomach.

That's the sad part, I'm a comic geek. I even have a few 'Image' (the title it's under) comics. But this sucker flew right under my radar. I mean the first edition is worth around $700. I'm so kicking myself. I diffidently bought this #100 chrome issue.

Aw, hey, you got into comics for the love of it, right? I'm just back into them with The Walking Dead series after several decades of not reading any. I was sad that neither of my boys took to them or else I could have vicariously enjoyed them then. Now I don't care, I'm not at all in the demographic but I've devoured TWD comic book series. :D

Loving Michael Rooker as Merle. I hate Merle but he is very entertaining!

    Warning! Comic book spoiler ahead!

Yep. I think you are right in re: Hershel.
From the comics, I'm thinking Rick is all done with the phone. There, the habit went on much longer--he was quite secretive about it. It was only Lori on the line and she finally gave him hell and he gave up the crazy (sort of).

From the promos, my guess is that any personality issues Rick & Michonne have will be overridden by a. her mad zombie-killing skillz, b. she brought the baby formula! and c. she knows where Glenn and Maggie are. It strikes me that Michonne wants to be with people to a certain degree, just not the kind of people that bow to a guy like the Governor--hence her actually caring enough to go to the prison. I would think she'd get along well with Daryl for example, who also is people-averse and a hella-good fighter.

Next Episode: When the Dead Come Knocking 307

(Thinking that two meanings of 'the Dead knocking' are Michonne (Merle claims she's dead) and Merle, who everyone in Rick's group assumes is dead.)
The Governor presses for information. A new guest arrives at the prison, forcing Rick’s hand.

A wounded Michonne tries to blend in with walkers in this sneak peek from Episode 307. For more on The Walking Dead: The Walking Dead – AMC
Some cool shots here of Michonne and the group of walkers that she’s blending in with until one of them smells the human blood from her bullet- inflicted leg wound. I have a feeling Rick is leaving her to die because he believes she’s been bitten. Michonne best speak up–and soon!
    Preview SPOILER Photo:

So…obviously someone changed their mind and offered Michonne assistance. She tells Rick of The Governor and that his lackey Merle has taken Glenn and Maggie. I’m betting though that she won’t call Merle by name in order to stretch out the suspense we feel about the inevitable meeting of Merle and Daryl. It’s gonna be cool because this is a very different Daryl that has evolved since last Merle saw him (back in season 1). Though Daryl doesn’t articulate it, Rick’s group is his family now. I’m sure he’ll be happy his bro is a breather but if anything, Merle is more sadistic and cruel than ever and Daryl is quite the opposite. I predict a major confrontation between the two though I’m betting it doesn’t come until the The Walking Dead half season finale on December 2. Should be very fun!

This is a great shot. Loved how Norman Reedus (Daryl) played the scene. He had Carol's knife and he was grieving her 'death' and getting up the nerve to kill the last walker behind the door, supposedly Carol, in that corridor. He gets up the courage, opens the door and there she is--still human. They have a sweet brother-sister relationship. I'd like to keep them both alive past this season, if I could make a request. No romance, just respect and a kind of love & comfort.
