    NPD Trump wrote,
"...Crooked Joe and his Despicable Thugs.”

    That's a good band name.

Fact Check: Trump Doesn't Need a Criminal Conviction for Ballot Removal, According to Research on 14th Amendment

Sorry Chump, the wording is not on your side...
    1. You do NOT need a criminal conviction to be banned from running.
    2. You just have to have aided or given comfort to the insurrectionists. (now convicted many times over...and more to be added)

And your only out, if SCOTUS decides to confirm it, is a 2/3 vote by Congress.
    Good luck with that.

For as much you're fighting to stay...there's a building up of groups fighting to make you leave.
And the primary ain't nothing, you're just dealing with your own party...the General Election will go full force. (it will just keep adding up...)

If you think you had a bad campaign last time...it will be worse in the future.
The election con will be an anchor...and the fear of a tyrant.

Unfortunately for US, Chump will keep pushing until he croaks.

    The sooner the better.

    One sad part is...
    No matter
how much clear evidence is presented
and how fair the trials are,
    NPD Ttump will cry persecution.
    The stupid ignorant and
    the willfully ignorant
members of his base will believe it,
while the members who know better
will manipulate it to their advantage.

I'm cautiously optimistic we'll survive NPD Trump and the MAGA poison will weaken. Unfortunately he did reveal there are people in business, politics, religion, & the general population who are ready to embrace bigotry & hatred.

I hope I'm alive and cognitive enough to see how history records NPD Trump and the MAGA wave in 25 years. I'm guessing it will be very similar to how our history views the USA WWII internment camps for our Japanese citizens, & McCarthyism. It will be reported and condemned, but history will not go into depth and name the number of people complicit in the actions. History lite.

'A tour de force': Experts reveal Jack Smith’s 'sly' additions to new Trump filing

Chump trying to play checkers with a guy good at 3-D chess.

Uhh, he quoted T himself, that he himself, shouldn't be "above the law" or need immunity.

And y'know damn well that SCOTUS and Appeals Courts will be getting info on ALL Chump cases.
They don't have to wait until the formal trial to see evidence...it will ALL add up
and will likely make them sweat...nailbiter activities by T and his cronies.
I don't think Chump's lawyers have accounted for this.

When you're playing with the big players, they don't have to go in order...they have access...and then some.

I think even Thomas & Alito might have a hard time convincing the others justices to give up the goods.
It's too important. The implications are too much. The consequences too cascading.

Mr. Smith goes to Washington and then some...often, and knows the back alleys and shortcuts.

When this NPD Trump crap is settled, which will likely be in a couple of years, and hopefully during Biden's second term, Biden will replace Merrick "Tortoise" Garland with Jack Smith. Or get him appointed the SC.

    Yes, I'm repeating a link.

3 Years After The Jan. 6 Riot, The GOP Is More Pro-Insurrection Than Ever

Because the above crap will most likely be used by the defense attorneys.

And a courtroom sounds like a great place for those theories to get shot down. Many of the The Big Lie lawsuits never made it to trial because not enough evidence was presented by the plaintiffs. In this case the the defense would have a chance to use the theories, but then they would need to prove them. And the door would be open for the prosecutors to attack the theories.

    This could be
    huge.

Special counsel probe uncovers new details about Trump's inaction on Jan. 6: Sources

Do we finally have testimony from someone with direct knowledge that NPD Trump refused to act to stop the Jan 06 attack?

Everybody knows NPD Trump did nothing to stop it for over two hours. His tweet during this time criticized Pence, and (in)directly supported the attack. The Secret Service communications for Jan 05 & Jan 06 were "accidently" deleted, apparently in such a way they weren't backed up and can't be retrieved.

    We need smoking gun testimony.

    We
    need
    smoking
    gun
    testimony.

I thought Chutkan had a backbone.

This immunity shit is going to go on forever. None of the courts want the Immunity Bomb in their court.

    Dead Horse Beating alert:

The Powers That Be (PTB) want to drag immunity, and 14.3, out until NPD Trump is no longer a factor, in the hopes of being able to say it no longer matters.

    It fucking matters
    right now!

To hell with internal and international optics. NPD Trump, and GOP leadership, has exposed some serious flaws in system of democracy. Now we need to show that our judicial system works. Which might work if we had some judges with backbones to make the tough decisions.

    ^^^^

The Powers That Be (TPTB) got to Chutkan, although it's possible she's chickening out all on her own.

    1. NPD Trump will be allowed to run for POTUS in 2024.

    2. He probably (more like hopefully ) won't get reelected, mostly because his baggage will be too much for voters not part of his base.

    3. He will be diagnosed with "serious health issues." TPTB will show him "special consideration" which will keep him from ever setting foot inside a prison.

    4. He will die a free man, The Winner. His wealth might be mostly gone by then, but he will somehow manage to live like a king until the end.

    5. Historians will beat the hell out of NPD Trump and the political & judicial systems that provided him every special consideration imagineable. Generally speaking, however, the NPD Trump MAGA era will fade just like Nixon and Watergate, & Reagan and Iran/Contra.

And now Jack Smith gets his chance to respond.

    https://ml.t-mobile.com/article-con...&item_id=17634415&screen_name=article&index=9

    Even if a judge ruled
    "Stop the bullshit!"
    it would be appealed
    again, and again, and again.
    Our wonderful judicial system
    is filled with loopholes
    that are being manipulated.

Will the Supremes show some backbone & integrity, or will the conservative majority back NPD Trump?

As I understand it they will have to put their opinion in writing should they make a ruling either way.

No, it just means he doesn't want to overlap the same request and annoy the justices. (this would be for all the smaller lawsuits against him)
They still need to rule on the big federal one that Jack Smith is doing.

IF that get ruled against Chump, then the big one can go on. But he could still opt to try to dismiss the smaller ones.
But if it is ruled for him, then they're all nulled under the given immunity.
