    An incredible fusion of sensuality and discipline. :)

    Amazing performance of an old warhorse. Perfect interpretation, and the camera is always in the right place. The control of the snare drummer is top notch. Notice how he starts with the sticks so quietly at the very edge of the drum head, and moves toward the center as the volume increases. And the camera pays attention. Maestro Gergiev maintains perfect control, (is he conducting with a toothpick??) never hurrying the tempo, while still allowing the nice bluesy sensuality to flow throughout the music. The trombone solo at 8:40 is divine! The violins held and played sideways like little guitars. The camera crew obviously knows and can read the score. Almost always right where the action is.

    I picked up Run The Jewels' three albums on vinyl.
    Unlike so many rap albums these days there isn't the issue of just slapping digital music on the wax.
    They did a great job of making the music work on the vinyl.
    It makes sense considering that El-P is one of the best DJs/mixers in the business and loves records.
