    This thread needs to come back.

    Here's one that's specific enough that hardly anyone will understand: I cannot get ln syntax right on the first try. Ever. I always forget whether the target comes before the link or visa versa. I've just gotten into the habit of pulling up the man page every time I need a symlink.

    I can't bake a lasagna. Once, once I made a beautiful, delicious vegetarian lasagna that was perfect in every single way. In my hubris, I chose not to write down how I managed it, under the assumption that if I could do it once I could do it again. For my hubris I am cursed to forever bake dry, disgusting lasagnas. My last one was crunchy. I stopped trying after that.

    My stepfather makes fantastic, life-changing lasagna. It's that good. I want to ask him how he does it, but every time I think about bringing it up I think I'm a grown ass man, I cannot run to my stepfather for a lasagna recipe.
