This morning I made SOS 3 eggs over easy and fried potatoes.
I always bake the potatoes in advance and refrigerate them.

I had a late breakfast about 1:30pm at McDonalds. Sausage biscuit ($1.29) and a large coffee (.89) total $2.38 with tax.

Everything bagel, jalapeno cream cheese, red onions, capers, smoked salmon. Plus a banana and a cup of coffee.

I used to buy sandwiches like this at the local bagel shop when I lived in the city. Now that I don't live in the city there is no local bagel shop so I make my own.

I can get great smoked salmon up here but the bagels are for nothing.

Had the same today, plus they had their baked apple pies (210 cal) selling at 2 for $1, so I got four and stuck two in the fridge.

That looks incredibly delish! I've had a hard time finding good bagels in rural Ontario.
Are you missing any other city foods?

I love McDonald's quick and thrifty breakfasts. Always do them when road tripping.

You all gonna' hate me, but being retired..I have time to do all this, so
I took a piece of Trader Joe's Sliced French Brioche, and made an egg in the hole, with BACON and a piece of cheddar...and Costco (already ground coffee, 2 cups)
(Usually have a Brooklyn Water Bagel Everything bagel, scoped out, with Costco Nova Salmon, cream cheese and coffee....)
