Tonight will be Tacos del Chris with larger measurements of spices because I'll be using ground chicken instead of ground beef.

Got my choice of left overs, chicken and rice casserole, baby back ribs, or hot and spicy chicken tacos. Hmm

Me and Betty Crocker made breaded fried beef liver, potatoes and onions in a homemade bbq sauce. Everything goes in a baking dish after you fry it, then smother it in the sauce cover and bake for an hour. NOT great not bad though

Not sure if you want tips, but a couple things that improve liver for me are 1) soak it in milk (or buttermilk) overnight first and 2) cook it towards medium instead of well.

I used to think I didn't like liver. After doing those adjustments I definitely like having it every now and again.

Not my idea, but In N Out Burger. Had a #2 -- cheeseburger w/onions, fries and a pink lemonade.

Chicken and dumplings. They turned out well, but we--namely my wife--will need to tweak the recipe a bit.

Tonight's supper was great. Corned beef hash and 3 eggs cooked eyes open, cooked carrots with cinnamon and sugar. A big glass of water with lots of ice.

Healthy beef stew, cooked by yours truly. The usual--beef, onion, potato, & carrots--plus extra carrots, green beans, corn, & sliced water chestnuts. And a fresh Italian loaf courtesy of the grocery store.

I made an amazing "Mac and cheese" with no cheese and no noodles. :) Steamed cauliflower, carrots, cashews, almond milk, mustard, seasonings, and nutritional yeast. Freaking awesome. So, to go with our vegan 'mac and cheese' we had seasoned, browned ground beef, ha ha.

Most places are as good if not better than the steak chains.

    NOTHING.

I felt fine yesterday, after starving for about 44 hours, but bug hit again early this morning. I'm back to my Small Sips Of Cold Water diet.
