Short lunch forced me to McCalister's Deli...where half a potato is a whole fucking potato. 1/2 a NY sammich and a potato with olives, ham, and chives. Throw in a peanut butter rice crispie square and an unsweet tea and I am useless for the afternoon.

Meatloaf with mashed potatoes. It's free and it's soft. I'm probably going to have to pack a lunch the rest of the week. :(

  9. Left over Mongolian beef from last night. And a cocktail.

A sandwich made with hickory smoked Tofurky slices. I can't believe it's not meat!

I can, although the Tofurky product is better than the Yves one. I prefer the fake sausages over the fake lunchmeat, though.

I cooked a pound of ground meat with some mushrooms and teriyaki sauce, and mixed all of that with some rice. It turned out pretty good and 2 out 3 of the kids ate a bowl full and then some.

A frittata with red pepper, mushrooms, and greens, with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Yummy.
