From quite possibly the cheesiest movie EVER... Phantom of the Paradise... This song is amazing. Always makes me smile.

 

Right now, it's this.

cheesy, perhaps. But Depalma took faust, phantom and the banana splits and made one of the best movies... whose entire soundtrack makes me smile.....and thats the hell of it...bada bam ba

 

I saw that film in the theater. ba da bing.

 

so did I, at a Drive In no less. ba da boom!

 

I saw it at the tiny one screen movie theater on Canal Street in New Smyrna Beach.
saw saturday night fever and car wash and the warriors in that theater, too.
ah, the good old days.

 

My taste in music differs from the majority of you heh. But this song has gotten me through a lot if only people knew the amazing things created while listening to this.

 

I have been to New Smyrna Beach, drove down from Jacksonville just to leave town and gas was only $1.03/gallon or thereabouts. As I recall I bought a necklace/chain down there.

 

I spent some very formative years in that little town, I am glad to say. It's changed a lot.
