    My husband's mother (and family) all live there, so we want to go back something fierce! My daughter's allergies take a break when we're there, but hers are terrible up here in Washington state.

    Clouds, then sun, then more clouds, some rain, highs in the mid 80's. Supposed to get heavy storms tonight then the temps drop into the upper 60's low 70's (that's be Fahrenheit, y'all) for the weekend.

    High Saturday was 68° today 73° frigid for August in Nebraska. Unusual but I guess not unheard of. Local TV weather guy said that Lincoln, Nebraska has recorded snow in every month but July. Hard for me to believe, after living through five summers here.
