Titanium body jewelry get really cold.

 

We have a warm wind come through and melt all our snow.
It is warmer up here then a good portion of the US.

Edit: The temps dropped so now it is snowing like crazy.
That is one thing about living in a city surrounded by mountains on one side with sea on the other, the weather changes radically sometimes hourly.

We're getting beautiful sunny nearly cloudless days. Of course the lack of clouds means no heat retention, really cold nights.

So dry.
The skin on my on my knuckles keeps tearing during workouts. I just rolled over in bed and busted open skin on a few fingers, an arm, and a leg. I'm nice and warm at the moment, but I'm so itchy I had to take hydroxyzine. I am fire.

 

The cold & dry weather is causing my skin to have dry patches and cracks in places guys aren't supposed to scratch in public.

 

It happens.

It's 54° (F) here. Chilly. Need a parka.

 

At about 8:10am it was 32.4F per our electronic thermometer on the patio and the light rain was still liquid.

It's now 31.5, & the rain is now sleet.

 

It's freaking raining.
This is after a major snow fall last week.
There is supposed to be a cold snap tomorrow.
This year has been one of the warmest ever for Alaska but that has been on average.
The major pain in the ass is that it has been turning the town into a frelling ice skating rink all winter.
