    Started snowin' and blowin' about eight this morning. Thirty mph winds, so the snow was mostly moving sideways. Then about nine it turned into thes flakes about the size of a nickel and really wet. Most of the trees still have their leaves -- we haven't even had a hard freeze yet -- so branches weighted down, breaking, and power outages and traffic lights all over town. Including the restaurant where we had just sat down for breakfast.

    Well, shit!
    The Upload a File button has gone away. Grrrr. The button that should be between Post Reply and More Options.
    Looks like I'm back to not having permissions to upload images again.:mad: I had a few nice ones of the local snow.:(
    Anyone else having this problem?

    Full on winter in upstate NY.
    Major snowstorm now underway, 8-12 inches by morning. We already had a crusty couple of inches from the last few days.
    Maximum high temps low 30's between now and Thanksgiving.
    Wondering if we will see the ground again before next spring.
    Should be a great ski season!
    If deer hunting didn't start Saturday we would be out cross country skiing for sure.

    Nothing is really sticking, but we’ve gotten a ton of precipitation today. Wish it had been snow instead of all the freezing rain.
